Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of £100 or more. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery Times Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is estimated at 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking Information Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address when available. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with an investigation.
